60 days later: A 2nd 10% deposit will be due.

Early 2006: Construction is scheduled to begin. It is estimated to take 12-15 months for completion.

Early 2007 Building is scheduled to complete construction; the balance of 80% will be due.

Once the development is 80% sold out, a resale program will be implimented. This will allow you to put your unit on the market in the resale program.
